Well, obviously we’d go for the toasted milk chocolate, right?! Ben at Potomac Chocolate nails everything that milk chocolate should be- yes, insanely velvety, but this bar also has lovely acidity, mellow fruitiness and toasty caramel-y qualities we haven’t previously tasted in milk chocolate! We’ve found this to pair best with earthy tommes and toasty alpine styles!
