There’s a lot of hyperbole all over this website. What can we say? We’re excited about stuff! Spring was just beginning to spring when we first tasted this incredible seasonal offering from V Smiley, and it really felt like stars were aligning. The beautiful, deep reddish-purple color of this jam hints at the lush depth of flavor of this jam, but the pop of acidity to counteract is what really drives this home as one of our favorite jams ever! For as long as we can, we’ll be running this jam with Cultured Butter and Prairie Breeze on baguette at the Sea Island Farmers Market every Saturday!
