Green Dirt Farm is our furthest-flung maker and one of our newer cheesemaker partners, finally fulfilling a long awaited gap in our offerings- pasteurized sheep’s milk cheeses! Sarah Hoffmann’s team, including her herd-managing daughter Eliza, makes exceptional sheep’s milk cheeses of all styles and sizes, which is somewhat of a rarity in the United States. Sheep’s milk’s inherent richness makes for big flavor whether used in a tangy, young bloomy rind or a nutty, well-aged alpine style.

This collection of Green Dirt Farm’s sheep’s milk cheeses includes one pound of Fresh Sheep, one Dirt Lover, a half pound of Aux Arcs and a half pound of Prairie Tomme.
