All we ever hear about is wine and cheese, right? Well between you and me, cheese and beer can be an otherworldly combination. Think about it! Beer is made from grain so is essentially like drinking a cracker or bread, AND it has bubbles which help to scrub your cheesy palate and elevate flavors. For even more texture and depth of flavor, we’re including a two ounce V. Smiley seasonal jam, some crunchy, salty, vegetal Fava Nuts, and, of course, our Cultured Crackers. Between the cheeses, beer’s significantly broad range of flavor characteristics, the jam, crackers and favas, the flavor combinations are going to be momentous! Don’t try explaining that to the winos though.
