A new world pasteurized cow’s milk cheddar from Milton, IA. Milton Creamery has been producing one of the most addictive cheeses in America for some time now (since 2006). Smooth creaminess, salty crunch, and a touch of caramel-like sweetness makes it a favorite for children, adults, animals, insects and probably aliens.

Full disclosure: we don’t promote this cheese too much because it is quite possibly too addictive. Once people taste it they cling to it like a crazed prospector who has finally found gold. Truthfully, it’s bad for business.

Our favorite application: Prairie Breeze is like Brad Pitt- loved by all, never out of place, and never seems to get old. Really and truly, put it in and on anything you could imagine.

Tastes like: Sweet cream, butterscotch hard candy, bone broth.
